Dr. Jared Willis, DDS
Bringing over a decade of expertise to the chair, Dr. Willis has been crafting healthy, confident smiles since graduating from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2011.
With a commitment to modern techniques and a gentle, patient-first approach, he specializes in blending clinical excellence with comfortable dental experiences.
A true Pacific Northwest enthusiast at heart. On his off days, Dr. Willis trades the dental chair for the great outdoors. An avid adventurer, you’ll often find him whitewater rafting, fishing, or rock climbing with his wife Jaime and son Jude.
When it’s time to slow things down, he enjoys spending a morning on the golf course, bringing the same focus and precision to his swing as he does to his patients’ smiles!
Juanita M., RDH
Dental Hygienist
Juanita has been a dedicated RDH since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of experience and compassionate care to her patients.
As a graduate of Clark College with a degree in Dental Hygiene, Juanita has been helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through education and a comfortable, welcoming, and kind environment.
Outside of the office, Juanita enjoys spending time at church and exploring the outdoors with her family, making the most of every opportunity to connect, recharge, and create lasting memories.

Dental Hygienist
Kristie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern University in 2006. She was raised in Spokane, WA. Since graduating, she has proudly served the Longview area for 20 years.
Kristie is passionate about providing gentle, thorough care and takes pride in educating her patients about their individual health needs.
If you find Kristie taking a break from helping you care for your smile, she will be enjoying iced lattes, savoring Italian cuisine, and spending time in her garden.

Dental Hygienist
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Clark College in 2024. She is passionate about public health, pediatric dentistry, and helping patients who experience dental anxiety feel comfortable and cared for.
She is looking forward to many years of making a difference one smile at a time. Her outgoing and fun attitude is very catching when around her!
When not helping you smile at True North Dentistry, you’ll find Emily on the river fishing and spending time with her beautiful daughters in the outdoors, hiking, riding bikes, or beach bumming.

With over 22 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Jessica is dedicated to providing exceptional care and ensuring a comfortable experience for every patient.
In addition to her work in dentistry, Jessica is a licensed real estate agent. She thrives on helping people, whether they’re looking for their dream smile or dream home!
Jessica cherishes time spent with her husband Chad and two children. She is often found on family adventures, creating lasting memories. Her commitment to both family and community makes her a valued member of True North Dentistry.
McKenna R., RDA
Dental Assistant
McKenna graduated from Concorde in 2021 and has been a Dental Assistant for 5 years.
She truly enjoys helping patients feel comfortable during their visits and loves seeing the confidence that comes from a healthy, beautiful smile. Being part of someone’s smile journey is one of her favorite parts of her career.
Outside of work, McKenna is a busy mom to two daughters who keep her on her toes. When the weather is warm, you’ll likely find her outside riding bikes, hiking, kayaking, or spending the day at the beach with her family!

With four years of experience in the dental field, Jade has developed a strong background in insurance verification, front desk reception, and treatment coordination.
Throughout her career, Jade has been committed to delivering provider-friendly, patient-centered service while maintaining efficient and organized front office operations.
Jade excels at educating patients on their treatment plans, financial options, and insurance details, helping them be informed and confident in their care decisions.

Insurance Coordinator
Jolie has worked in the dental field since 2016. She began as a sterilization assistant, where she gained valuable clinical experience and insight into patient care. Over time, she discovered that she enjoyed the clerical side of dentistry and decided to transition into an administrative role.
Her passion for dentistry was inspired by her father and grandfather, both of whom worked in the dental profession.
Outside of work, Jolie is a mom of two boys. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially camping and exploring the outdoors together.
Candace R.
Office Manager
With a career in the dental field dating back to 1987, Candace brings decades of experience, dedication, and passion to True North Dentistry. She began as a dental assistant, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for patient care.
Over the years, her expertise and leadership naturally led her into the role of Office Manager.
Candace loves the unique opportunity to blend both clinical knowledge and administrative leadership, supporting the team behind the scenes while still staying connected to patient care.
In her spare time, she enjoys fishing with her husband, riding horses, and spending time with her family. She is a mother of four and grandmother of nine.
